why group with terrible people?

One of the stupidest ideas Ive heard in a long time for all the reasons already mentioned. My heroes are better then anyone that would want to kick them.
/Notsigned, but this looks like one of those stupid things that Gaile and the rest of Anet will actually like and end up putting in the game anyway.

Then I suggest you use your heros, and not inhibit a needed update for those of us who do end up in these situations where this change is needed. It should have been this way from the start. This is just completing what wasn't done in the first place.

I apologize if this was covered, but I only read page 1.
It sounds like you want this because people go afk, and a new player wants to join a PUG, but can't because the party is filled with heroes.
1) The person who is afk won't be gone long, or they should be kicked
2) The person wanting to join can wait that short time frame for the person to return and kick heroes
3) Bad heroes (the Heal Party Koss, etc.) can be removed when the team asks them to, or the person should be kicked more than his heroes
I know PUGs will have bad skill bars. I know that sometimes you can live with those. However, I don't think giving someone I don't know control over my heroes is good. And if I go afk, they need to wait for me, or kick me.

/notsigned and agreeing with everyone mentioning abuse. There's no guarantee that party leaders won't suck or that his heroes are better than everyone else's.
If you have to GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO right that damn minute, just kick the guy.

If you are leading a PUG and there is someone who refuses to kick their heroes, you should kick that person. If you are leading a group of friends and one is afk, kick the afk friend and explain to them; if they are your friend they won't be upset. This feature would be a waste of time and prone to abuse.

If a teammate refuses to kick a hero, why are you complaining? He just reveled that he is an absolute failure at team coordination and should be kicked. It's not inconvenience, it's idiot control.

Wow, that's difficult to do.
Oh wait! I almost forgot any 11 year old can do that in a single afternoon.
